Two-building project enters pre-leasing phase

Pre-leasing activity is under way for a two-building project located within Green Valley Business Park, an American Nevada Corp. development in Henderson.

Nearly 92,000 square feet of single-story office space is available in the new project, which is under construction at 2500 and 2550 Paseo Verde Parkway. Completion is expected in first-quarter 2002.

The 80-acre business park is part of a 160-acre mixed-use development.

American Nevada Corp. specializes in the design and development of master-planned commercial properties and residential communities. It holds a commercial portfolio of 1.7 million square feet and more than 5 million additional square feet are planned for development in office, retail, industrial, gaming and medical projects.
