Four floor plans are available. The homes range from 1,990 to 3,314 square feet and offer as many as five bedrooms and four baths. Pricing is from $458,450 to $562,700.
Options include dens, workshops, lofts, additional bedrooms and casitas.
All of the homes are Energy Star certified.
Resident amenities include the nearby Nevada Trails Park, a 10-acre park with basketball and tennis courts, playground, sports fields, exercise track, picnic pavilion and a landscaped trail system that is part of the Clark County Master Trail Plan.
To visit Nevada Trails, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Rainbow Boulevard, head south to Robindale Road and turn right into the model park.
The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except on Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
