Sales are now underway in Arbor Ridge and Hampton Glen, two new Lennar Everything's Included communities in Providence in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.
Both neighborhoods are Energy Star certified, and will feature the builder's Everything's Included package of appliances with refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer, window coverings and front yard landscaping.

"The setting for the Providence master plan, at Hualapai Way and Elkhorn, is breathtaking with the Spring Mountains as our backdrop, and wonderful master plan amenities to follow," said marketing manager Rene Merlau. "It is the perfect setting for these two beautiful, gated Lennar communities."
Model homes are under construction, according to Merlau, with 'early-bird' incentives.
Arbor Ridge offers four two-story home designs of 1,450 to 1,804 square feet. Each floor plan features three bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. Pricing starts at the $200,000s.
The Willow is a 1,450-square-foot plan with an open great room and 'L' shaped kitchen.
The Laurel is a 1,621-square-foot home with a split-level design. The covered porch entrance opens to a foyer with a staircase leading to the main living area on the second floor, and a second partial staircase leading to the lower floor.
The 1,686-square-foot Cypress features a great room floor plan for the main living space, with the master bedroom and bath along with bedrooms two and three on the second level.
The Sycamore is comprised of 1,804 square feet with the entry opening to a parlor, family room, and kitchen with dining area.
Homes at Hampton Glen are available in four two-story floor plans from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet.
At 1,660 square feet, the Westport and 2,161-square-foot Kingsbury plan feature a balcony off the master suite and a covered patio.
To visit, take the 215 Las Vegas Beltway to the Hualapai Way exit, turn north on Hualapai to Dorrell Lane. Turn left on Dorrell to Egan Crest Way, then right on Egan Crest Way to the communities. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Wednesday when it closes at 3 p.m.
