Bellacere's homes align TPC course
Christopher Homes' Bellacere offers an ideal location for custom-home buyers to build their dream homes, according to sales agent Patty Jones. The guard-gated custom neighborhood, which is being built along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin, will consist of homes valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million. Home sites range from about one-third acre to one-half acre, and two adjoining lots may be purchased to create a site measuring as large as an acre. Views of the fairways, city and mountains are featured. Jones said 15 of the neighborhood's 60 home sites are available and more than 30 are in different phases of development. "Custom-home buyers seeking the best of the Summerlin lifestyle should place Bellacere at the top of their list of neighborhoods to visit," Jones said. "The area is well established ... and surrounded by other upscale neighborhoods." Jones said buyers have been pleased with the service of the builder's custom-home division. "Our in-house team of design and construction experts guides each of our clients through every phase of the process, ensuring that only the finest architectural features, building materials and craftsmanship are incorporated in each home." The neighborhood is highlighted by entry monuments, a guard house, park, tennis court and playground. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Alta Drive then go east on Alta Drive. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
