Designs added at Spanish Springs

US Home sales executive Vicki Zoot recently announced the addition of the Phoenician and Camelback designs at Spanish Springs, a neighborhood in the northwestern valley.

"These two ... plans really define the demand we see in today's real estate market for large single-level home designs that offer a variety of interior design options," Zoot said.

The 3,184-square-foot Phoenician can be expanded to 3,384 square feet. The four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home offers an optional study, hobby room, extended pantry, optional master bath design, optional in-law suite and covered patio.

At 3,719 square feet, the Camelback features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and three-car garage. Options include a study, pantry, powder room and wet bar.

Both of these Laureate Series designs are also available through the builder's custom residential division.

The builder's new two-story Coronado design is also offered at Spanish Springs. The 4,402-square-foot home has a courtyard entry, two-story foyer, and a great room. The home can be built with three to five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car garage. A Coronado model is under construction at Aberdeen at Southern Highlands, and is also available through the builder's custom division.

Also available at Spanish Springs is the 2,550-square-foot, single-story Brentwood, which can be expanded to more than 3,000 square feet; the 2,873-square-foot, single-story La Jolla, which can be built with 3,018 square feet; and the two-story San Clemente, which features as many as seven bedrooms and measures from 3,880 to 4,500 square feet.

Pre-sale pricing starts from the low $300,000s.

The gated neighborhood will comprise 129 homes, one-quarter acre home sites, a park and gated entry.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Craig Road, go west to Durango Drive then head north. At Lone Mountain Road, turn left and proceed to Fort Apache Road.

The sales office is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
