Christopher's Bellacere enters closeout phase
Only four home sites remain during the final closeout phase of Christopher Homes' Bellacere custom-home neighborhood. Located in Summerlin's The Canyons village, the guard-gated neighborhood features residences valued from about $750,000 to more than $4 million on sites measuring about one-third acre to more than one-half acre. "Bellacere has blossomed into one of the most elegant custom-home neighborhoods in Southern Nevada, but like all good things, the opportunity to build a dream custom home in this neighborhood will soon come to an end," he said. "The good news though, is that our last four home sites are among the finest, including prime golf course home sites with fairway or double-fairway views," said Mark Stuhmer, vice president of the builder's custom-home division. "Additionally, the buyers of our final home sites can take advantage of exceptionally competitive final phase pricing and move into a well-established neighborhood," he said. Only 56 homes will be built in the neighborhood, which borders TPC at The Canyons. Amenities include landscaped open spaces, walking paths, and a park with a playground and tennis court. Stuhmer said his company strives to simplify the process of building a custom home through its team of design and construction professionals who guide buyers through each phase. "We offer the most impressive and sought-after features in custom-home building ..." Buyers can access the builder's residential plans during the design phase. Residences can be built in one of the builder's custom-home neighborhoods or on their site. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive then go east. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday, and by appointment Tuesday and Wednesday. To visit the neighborhood's sales center, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
