Anthem Country Club sells model homes
Anthem Country Club is nearing closeout and has released all of its models for sale. "Five of the 12 model park homes are still available," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said. "The models will be sold including all furnishings, appliances and upgrades. These homes have everything desirable in a new home." Amenities include upgraded appliances, window coverings, landscaping, and in some cases, swimming pools, spas or water features. Among the available models is the Pembroke, a six-bedroom, 6 1/2-bath design. The two-story home measures 5,800 square feet and has a master suite sitting area, study, tech area, balcony, great room with a wet bar, and entry courtyard. Additional features include a floor-to-ceiling stone wall, library cabinets, closets with built-in cabinets, swimming pool, an audio-video system, cherry kitchen cabinets and two fireplaces. "The Pembroke's ambiance is large, comfortable and inviting," Koury said. Located on the golf course, the model also has wood shutters, ceiling beams and crown molding. In addition to the models, there are 16 inventory homes that can be moved into within the next 15 to 90 days. Homes measure from 1,900 to nearly 6,000 square feet. Two custom lots also remain. The guard-gated community is part of Del Webb's Anthem master-planned community near Black Mountain in Henderson. Its 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course was designed by golfer Hale Irwin and architect Keith Foster. Each home includes social membership to the country club. Equity golf membership is available as an option. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
