Henderson: Pulte debuts Anthem Highlands

Chef Gustav Mauler is scheduled to demonstrate the Gustav Mauler Signature Kitchen offered by Pulte Homes today at Anthem Highlands. The community, part of Del Webb's Anthem master plan, celebrates its grand opening this weekend with the debut of 18 new model homes.

Mauler's cooking demonstration will be presented today at 12:30 p.m. with additional demonstrations scheduled for 1:30 and 2:30. The site is the Stonehaven Collection's 3483 model.

"The response to Anthem Highlands has been incredible. Since it opened for presales in March, we've sold over 130 homes and we expect to the trend to continue as we officially open this much anticipated community," said Christy Stratton, director of marketing for Pulte Homes.

The celebration runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.

Gustav Mauler's Seal of Approval upgrade package is available in the Stonehaven Collection. The package, which includes stainless-steel appliances, features a wall-mounted hood, professional cook top with gas burner and grill, built-in microwave with speed cook technology, double convection oven, warming drawer, refrigerator with dispenser, fully integrated dishwasher and a wine chiller.

"The kitchen has become more of a focal point for the home, especially with the growing number of at-home chefs," Mauler said. "Thus, with my expertise in cooking and experience designing commercial kitchens, I felt it was a natural step to give the homeowner a kitchen with a well-planned appliance package for cooking and entertaining. The GE Monogram products are professional caliber appliances, that make it easy to cook like a professional in your own kitchen."

The Stonehaven Collection is one of five series of homes. It offers single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet and priced from $475,990 to $534,990.

The Dunbar Collection is comprised of all two-story designs, measuring from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet and priced from $252,990 to $272,990.

All single-story designs are available in the Buchanan Collection. Floor plans range from 1,580 to 1,900 square feet and are priced from $281,990 to $304,990.

The Lockwood Collection is also comprised of single-story homes. They measure from 1,976 to 2,655 square feet and are priced from $366,990 to $402,990.

The Sinclair Collection offers single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 2,804 square feet and priced from $306,990 to $357,990.

Anthem Highlands is a 400-acre community for all generations.

The model park showcases synthetic turf, which is available as an option.

All homes feature Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology, and are Energy Star certified. A three-year heating and cooling guarantee is included.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
