Custom-home buyers invited to The Enclave

Christopher Homes has custom lots available in The Enclave, a gated neighborhood located in the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club community in the southwestern valley.

Mark Stuhmer, vice president of the builder's custom-home division, said The Enclave brings a new level of luxury to Southern Nevada.

"It offers custom-home sites on par with those found in the most prestigious of custom neighborhoods with the added benefit of being located in one of the finest country club communities in the United States," he said. "Our home sites range from about one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre, with most overlooking the golf course."

The home sites, some of which also offer city and mountain views, are priced from the $200,000s.

The Enclave will comprise residences valued from about $1.5 million to $7.5 million, as well as a neighborhood park.

Christopher offers a unique design/build program, according to Stuhmer.

"We offer unprecedented choices in terms of the size, design, features, price and construction time frame of each home. Our clients can purchase a home site, take six months before beginning the design process and, if they wish, have a total of 18 months before beginning construction of their home.

One-of-a-kind home plans are also available, and were created by Scheurer Architects.

Each home purchase includes membership in the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval.
