Ivy Lane condos offer homeownership
Ivy Lane, a condominium complex in Henderson, can provide apartment renters with an equal or better value than their monthly rent payments, according to the sales staff. "Why would anyone waste money on rent when they can afford their own home at Ivy Lane?" said Tawnya Rosenthal, marketing director. "Our great community is right next to Green Valley, has great amenities and could potentially allow new homeowners to take advantage of rising property values." The tropical-themed complex features condominiums with prices starting from the mid-$150,000s; monthly mortgage payments could be less than $900 for qualified home buyers, according to Rosenthal. Each residence features two bedrooms and two baths in 1,050 square feet. Amenities include granite counter tops, three patios/balconies, maple kitchen cabinetry, fireplaces, a skylight in the upstairs units, and Roman tubs. The 35 buildings at the complex feature tan exteriors with green trim, and ivy-lined pathways, while three swimming pools and spas add a recreational element to the community. To visit, take Interstate 215 east to the Warm Springs Road exit, go east to Pecos Road and turn left, then right on Sunset Road. The complex is south of Sunset on Annie Oakley Drive just west of Green Valley Parkway. The model home center and sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 1212 Bass Drive.
