Sunrise Crest down to last 10 homes
Only 10 home sites remain at Pageantry Communities' Sunrise Crest neighborhood in the northeastern valley. "This community is ideal for first-time or first move-up buyers who are looking for a larger home," DeeAnn Alper-Collins, marketing and sales director, said. "At Pageantry we feel it is important for everyone to have the chance at owning a home and we feel we are making that chance possible." In addition, when using the builder's preferred lender, buyers will receive a free washer, dryer and refrigerator. "We are thrilled to be including the washer, dryer and refrigerator in this great deal because it assures our buyers' money can go even farther," Alper-Collins said. Three floor plans are available, ranging from 1,793 to 2,204 square feet and priced from the $200,000s. Homes have three to six bedrooms, two or three baths and two-car garages. Options include master retreats, extended lofts, and additional bedrooms and baths. The homes will feature a southwestern design with stucco exteriors and concrete-tile roofs. Interior amenities include vaulted ceilings, hand-finished walls, rounded corners and ceramic-tile entries. The homes also have cabinetry with hidden hinges and pantries in the kitchens, and dual-sink vanities in master baths. The neighborhood is located between Washington Avenue and Bonanza Road, east of Nellis Boulevard. To reach it, take Washington east from Nellis to Ringe Lane and head south, or take Bonanza east from Nellis to Betty Lane and go north.
