`Little things' add value at City Lights condos
City Lights condominiums may offer great views, but it's the little things that add up to great value, sales agent John Di Carlo said of the northeastern valley complex. "Most condominium developments boast about their miniblinds and decorative light fixtures," he said. "City Lights offers amenities that would cost buyers premium upgrades at other places. Of course, we offer the blinds and decorative fixtures, (but) we also feature colonial baseboards and casements, wiring for cable TV and telephones in every bedroom and the living room, and ceiling fans in the dining room and owner bedroom. "The kitchen features oak with cherry stain, raised-panel cabinets with hidden hinges, a feature not usually seen or even offered in condominium homes," Di Carlo said. "Plus, every kitchen has a pantry closet and features an electric range with a self-cleaning oven and a dual-rack dishwasher with a pot-and-pan cleaning feature." Buyers who finance their purchase through the seller's preferred lender will also receive a free washer, dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Each unit features raised-panel entry and interior doors. Additional features include laundry rooms, walk-in closets, storage areas off the patios, and granite vanity tops. Three floor plans are offered. The one-bedroom, one-bath New York measures 776 square feet and is priced from $98,900. Paris offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,018 square feet. It is priced from $129,900. Milan features three bedrooms and two baths in 1,142 square feet, and is priced from $151,900. Shared amenities include two swimming pools and a recreation center. City Lights is on Lake Mead Boulevard, just north of Hollywood Boulevard, at the base of Sunrise Mountain. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
