US Home introduces models at The Courts at Turtle Creek

Model homes are open at The Courts at Turtle Creek, a northwestern valley neighborhood built by US Home. The residences are priced from the $500,000s.

Sales executive Vicki Zoot said the the property will be "intimate" in size.

"There will only be 30 homes, all on pool-sized home sites," she said. "Many of our home buyers prefer this type of neighborhood lifestyle."

Buyers can choose from three of the builder's most popular floor plans: the single-story Brentwood, the two-story San Clemente, and the two-story Coronado.

The Brentwood measures 2,550 square feet, and is expandable to 3,000 square feet. It offers four or five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and den.

The San Clemente is expandable from 3,880 to 4,500 square feet. It can be built with as many as seven bedrooms plus a deck off the master suite. Upstairs is a secondary family room.

The exterior of the Coronado is highlighted by a turret and a cupola roof. At 4,402 square feet, the residence offers three to five bedrooms, four baths and a three-car split garage. The master suite includes a sitting area and a bay window.

"One of the Coronado's most popular upgrade options is a walled, gated, courtyard entry that offers a transition from the street to the front door, and creates a front patio area," Zoot said, pointing out that an extensive list of upgrades is available in all of the homes.

To visit the neighborhood, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road and exit east. At Jones Boulevard, turn north and proceed to Azure Drive. The models are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

The builder is also developing Torrey Pines Estates, located near North Rainbow Boulevard and Azure, where prices start from the high $500,000s. Also under development is Canyon Mist Estates, located on North Jones and Elkhorn Road, with residences priced from $599,990. Prices start from the $200,000s at both Rancho de Paz at Azure Road and North Losee Road and at Whisper Willows, located at Desert Inn Road and Sloan Lane.

Through September, visitors at any of the builder's neighborhoods can register to win a 42-inch plasma television.
