Rhodes Ranch to put spotlight on designSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Rhodes Ranch will celebrate home design next Wednesday evening at the model park for The Collection, the newest offering of homes within the guard-gated, golf course community in the southwestern valley. The invitation-only event is for professionals in interior décor, architectural design, and lawn and garden design. "Every great city has a reputation for its contributions to interior and exterior design," said Adam Mandel, spokesman for Rhodes Homes. "We're proud to host this celebration because the homes in The Collection are new and exciting, and Rhodes Homes' interior design schemes are bold and cutting edge. "The models at The Collection reflect a wide variety of contemporary interior designs. And we encourage home buyers to explore information about how they can infuse their own personalities into the design of their own homes. In Las Vegas, everything is so new that anything goes. This is exciting for architects and designers because they can cover a range of styles from modern to traditional and everything in between." The Collection offers 11 floor plans, ranging from a three-bedroom, 1,467-square-foot design to a 4,138-square-foot residence with five bedrooms. Prices start from the mid-$440,000s for these homes, many of which align the fairways of Rhodes Ranch Golf Club and offer city and mountain views. Live entertainment and refreshments will be provided. Artwork from a local gallery and upscale automobiles will be on display. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and go south to the community's entrance.
