A two-bedroom, two-bath home in 1,018 square feet, the Paris starts from $129,900. The baths are joined by a walk-in closet/pantry arrangement that also houses the washer and dryer.

The three-bedroom, two-bath Milan floor plan measures 1,142 square feet and is priced from $151,900. The master bedroom is separated from the secondary bedrooms.

Amenities of the common areas include two swimming pools, a spa, assigned covered parking, on-site space for recreational vehicle storage, landscaping, a gym and gated entry.
