A waterfall and tropical palms, a guard-gated entrance and golf course highlight the landscape at the Rhodes Ranch community, located in the southwestern valley.

The community recently added four new builders, including longtime builder Spinnaker Homes by Royal Construction Co.

In composing its Symphony Collection for Spinnaker Homes at Rhodes Ranch, Royal Construction Co. has built four models ranging from 1,482 to 2,532 square feet.

Prices start in the $150,000s.

Reservations are being accepted on future releases of these homes. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
