Warmington Homes Nevada is offering as much as $20,000 in incentive packages on select homes sites at its Altare at Eagle Rock neighborhood in Summerlin.

Located along the TPC at The Canyons golf course, the gated neighborhood offers a single-story and a pair of two-story homes, measuring from 2,904 to 4,072 square feet. Home sites offer mountain, city or golf course views. Prices start from $332,990.

Homes are available for 30- to 90-day closings, and buyers may qualify for as much as $20,000 in upgrades, custom options, window treatments, and/or closing cost finance packages on select home sites.

The builder is also including a built-in, double-door refrigerator with each new-home purchase. For a limited time, a loft and deck off the owner suite in Plan Three are included in the standard price.

Homes offer as many as seven bedrooms and five baths with options for expanded bedrooms with baths, libraries, dens, lofts, bonus rooms, owner suite retreats, and exercise rooms. Casitas with a bath and walk-in closet are also available.

Kitchens feature granite counter tops, pantries, and choice of six cabinet finishes.

Ceramic-tile flooring is included in the entry, kitchen, dining nook and laundry room. Other standard features include single or double French doors, block walls, window seats, niches, plant shelves, laundry rooms with sinks and cabinets, and finished three-car garages with openers.

Nine- or 10-foot ceilings highlight the first floor of the homes, while vaulted, volume or coffered ceilings enhance select locations.

Neighborhood amenities include a gated entrance, two parks and walking paths.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. At Canyon Run Drive, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
