Builder: Eagle Crossing appeals to families
Pulte Homes' Eagle Crossing neighborhood appeals to families, according to the builder, as it offers a 2 1/2-acre community park with a play area, walking trails, and a barbecue and picnic area. Five single-story floor plans range from 1,120 to 1,585 square feet. Prices start at $119,990. "Eagle Crossing features Pulte's signature quality construction and energy efficiency at an affordable price point for young families and first-time home buyers," Tom Callahan, sales and marketing executive, said. Exteriors feature front-yard landscaping; gas street lamp posts; prewiring for garage door openers; and concrete-tile roofs. Interiors provide textured ceilings and walls, rounded corners, and walk-in closets. Kitchens include light oak or whitewash cabinets, pantries, and a choice of counter tops. The homes meet the standards of the Engineered for Life Silver Series, through which buyers may qualify for energy-efficient mortgages and reduce their utility bills. To visit, take take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east and follow the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at noon. |
