Mill Creek by Pulte Homes offers some of the largest floor plans available at Lynbrook, a planned community in the northwestern valley. Mill Creek homes can be built with as many as seven bedrooms.

Three homes in the neighborhood are ready for move-ins, and two additional homes will be ready in October and December, respectively, according to sales and marketing executive Tom Callahan.

The three homes that are ready for occupancy are two-story designs.

The Marina measures 3,007 square feet with a first-floor owner suite, three bedrooms plus a loft upstairs, a formal living and dining area, and a kitchen with nook. A three-car garage is standard. This home is priced at $239,990.

Also available is the Del Ray, a 3,589-square-foot home with a first-floor living and dining area; kitchen with an island workstation, a nook and pantry; family room; laundry room; and one bedroom and bath. Upstairs is the owner suite with bay window and separate tub and shower, three additional bedrooms, a loft, game room, and two baths. This home is priced at $264,990.

The third home ready for move-in is the Delta, a 3,423-square-foot home with six bedrooms and four baths. The first floor features the living, dining and family rooms; kitchen with island workstation, nook and pantry; one bedroom and bath; and a covered patio. The second floor is comprised of four bedrooms and the owner suite. This home is priced at $254,990.

In October, a Sea Breeze model will be ready for occupancy. A single-story home comprised of 2,300 square feet, this home offers four bedrooms and an owner suite, 2 1/2 baths, a kitchen with nook, and an optional recreation room. A three-car tandem garage is included as is a gas barbecue outlet in the back yard.

Additional interior features include maple cabinets, an appliance package, a fireplace, kitchen with upgraded counter tops and a nook with a bay window, and a laundry room with a sink.

This home will be priced at $195,990.

Another Delta plan will be ready for occupancy in December. This home will measure 3,016 square feet and be priced at $219,990.

All homes include the Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation, which ensure energy efficiency through ground-mounted air-conditioning units, forced-air gas heat, and blown-in cellulose exterior wall insulation.

An on-site design center is available to assist buyers.

Lynbrook is landscaped with willow and pine trees throughout its four parks in addition to water features.

Other builders who are active in the community are: American Premiere Homes and Development, Beazer Homes, Desert Wind Homes, Developers of Nevada, John Laing Homes, Kimball Hill Homes, Pulte Homes, RL Homes and Southwest Homes.

More than 1,200 homes will be featured at buildout. Floor plans range from 1,024 to 4,000 square feet, while home sites measure from 4,500 to 20,000 square feet. The homes are priced from the $110,000s.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, head east to Jones Boulevard, then north to Farm Road and go east. All sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
