Perma-Bilt's Grandview releases sales
Perma-Bilt Homes' Grandview neighborhood has sold more than 150 homes in 18 months, according to the builder. Located in the Shadow Hills planned community, the gated neighborhood features four single-story floor plans measuring 1,763 to 2,460 square feet. Prices start from the $170,000s, and all the plans include a den option. "There is a large segment of the home buying market who desire a single-story floor plan," Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing for Perma-Bilt Homes, said. "And, we have buyers from every end of the spectrum ranging from new families to retirees." The Lone Mountain plan measures 1,763 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and three-car split garage. The separate one-car garage provides direct access to the kitchen and can be converted to a casita. The Desert Flower offers 1,937 square feet with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It also has as island kitchen with nook and adjoining family room. The Sun Rise has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and measures 2,103 square feet. Measuring 2,460 square feet is the City Lights plan, which has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a split three-car garage. The Shadow Hills Club, a 51,000-square-foot recreation facility, is available for the use of residents and features a clubhouse with fitness facilities, swimming pool and lap pool, spa, saunas, basketball court, putting green and barbecue area. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and go west. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m. The builder is also planning a single-story home neighborhood at its Southern Terrace planned community, located west of the Interstate 215 at Russell Road. Models are expected to open in spring 2001.
