Sales are under way for the second phase of homes at Mannetta Village, a gated condominium development in the northwestern valley. All of the homes in the first phase have been sold, according to the developer, Bramble Development Group.

Buyers can choose from two floor plans: the Huntington, which measures 1,126 square feet; and the Newport, a 1,330-square-foot design. Both plans feature two bedrooms and two baths.

Features include owner suites with walk-in closets, patios, wood cabinets and media centers.

Prices start from the $80,000s.

To visit, take Decatur Boulevard to Washington Avenue, head west to Michael Way then go north about three blocks. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
