Construction continues at Boca Raton Condominiums, a luxury mid-rise development under development at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue.
Buyers and prospective buyers can watch the development's progress via a webcam.

"We've had the webcam system since the beginning of construction," managing partner Jerry Peterson said. "We want our buyers to maintain the excitement they feel when purchasing a condominium by watching the progress of their home from the beginning of construction until the day they move in."
The camera is situated at the top of the sales center.
At buildout, the project will comprise 756 units atop two two-story parking structures.
Floor plans range from 593 to 2,400 square feet with one to three bedrooms.
Prices begin in the low $300,000s.
The first phase, which includes 172 units, is set for completion in fall 2006.
A model of a Casita suite is featured at the sales center. It is located at 2475 W. Serene Ave. and is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
