Residents of Siena can find myriad social and recreational opportunities by visiting the Village Center within the age-qualified village in Summerlin.
"The Village Center is the nerve center of our community," sales executive Jimmy Jones said. "In total, it contains more than 71,000 square feet of interior recreation space, all of which is connected by a meandering pedestrian walkway adjacent to Lake Siena."

Highlights include a community center, golf clubhouse and fitness center.
"The health and fitness center is one of the most popular community amenities with our residents," Jones said. The clubhouse, which has a restaurant and pro shop, complements a daily-fee golf course. While open to the public, Siena residents receive special rates and tee times.
Floor plans range from 1,040 to nearly 3,200 square feet, and each plan in the six Italian-themed collections offers a range of customizing opportunities.
New-home sales are coming to a close, so buyers can choose from the remaining new homes and builder model closeouts. Prices start from the $400,000s to $1 million. Jones said some of the homes can be available within 30 days.
"In addition, we also have a selection of model homes with fabulous upgrades available on builder closeout and ready for immediate move-in."

To visit, take Flamingo Road or the Las Vegas Beltway west to Town Center Drive, turn left, go to Siena Monte Avenue and turn left. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
