Pulte Homes unveils Bella Vista

Pulte Homes is celebrating the grand opening today of Bella Vista, an all-single-story neighborhood located in Summerlin's The Vista village.

Buyers can choose from four floor plans, ranging from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet, and priced from the high $100,000s. All homes include a den option and two baths.

Planned amenities at the village include three parks, a worship site, retail center and trails.

"Bella Vista's floor plans have proven livability and are open and bright. Another highlight of this community is the deeper home sites offered which creates larger back yards than most similar communities in the valley," Jeff Galindo, general sales manager, said.

"With all of the rich amenities, features and location, Bella Vista offers a tremendous value and we are inviting home buyers to see one of Pulte's most affordable communities in Summerlin this weekend. This is also the time to take advantage of opening pricing."

One plan measures 1,418 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a living room, open kitchen with nook and an owner suite. Another plan measures 1,653 square feet and features a great room, three bedrooms and rear kitchen with a separate dining area.

The 1,695-square-foot plan (not modeled) features four bedrooms, a sitting area off the owner suite and an optional second bedroom. The model measuring 1,881 square feet offers three bedrooms, a great room and storage off the garage.

All homes feature the builder's Environments for Living technology, which results in lower utility costs, and includes advanced insulation techniques as well as specialized heating and cooling systems.

Also featured is a structured wiring package, consisting of an integrated high-speed voice, data and video network, high-speed cabling for phone and data communications, coaxial cabling for TV and video, data and video ports, and a distribution panel that forms the home's "nerve center."

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Interstate 215, head south to Far Hills Avenue and turn right. Turn left at Carriage Hills Drive, proceed to Park Vista Drive and turn left. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except Monday when the models open at noon.
