Red Rock Country Club homes ready along golf holes

The timing at Red Rock Country Club is perfect for buyers looking to move into a new home in the near future. The gated community in Summerlin has a few homes approaching availability along the 13th, 14th and 15th holes of the Arroyo Golf Course.

Among the homes available is a Plan 1204 from the Acacia Collection. According to Stall, buyers of select homes are eligible to receive credits at the builder's design center. Design studio staff can help clients select options such as minor structural changes and room configurations, additions, swimming pools, upgraded landscaping, patios and lighting designs.

Located near the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the country club offers homes measuring from 2,155 to 8,000 square feet.

Prices start from the $350,000s to more than $2 million.
