Red Rock Country Club homes ready along golf holes

The timing at Red Rock Country Club is perfect for buyers looking to move into a new home in the near future. The gated community in Summerlin has a few homes approaching availability along the 13th, 14th and 15th holes of the Arroyo Golf Course.

"This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new home immediately as well as those looking to close on the home before the end of the year and take advantage of the low interest rates," sales director Kevin Stall said.

Among the homes available is a Plan 1204 from the Acacia Collection. The 3,451-square-foot home features an L-shaped design with as many as five bedrooms; 4 1/2 baths; an island kitchen; a courtyard entry; a family room with fireplace and media niche; and an owner bedroom with a retreat, media niche and optional fireplace.

"Acacia 1204 is a popular plan with families because of its size and functional, yet flexible design with optional home office or den," Stall said.

Other homes available for immediate move-in include Ocotillo Plan 3102, a single-story plan measuring 3,074 square feet with three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The home has a dining room, sit-down wet bar, family room with a fireplace and media niche, courtyard entry, patio and three-car garage.

According to Stall, buyers of select homes are eligible to receive credits at the builder's design center. Design studio staff can help clients select options such as minor structural changes and room configurations, additions, swimming pools, upgraded landscaping, patios and lighting designs.

Located near the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, the country club offers homes measuring from 2,155 to 8,000 square feet.

Prices start from the $350,000s to more than $2 million.

Among the community's amenities are a 44,000-square-foot clubhouse with a golf shop, banquet facilities, a meeting room and two dining rooms; and a sports club with exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, an aerobics studio, locker rooms, massage therapy and a supervised children's play center.

Also featured are an aquatic center with several pools, a miniature water park, and an outdoor grill, and a tennis facility with nine lighted hard-surface courts.

The community is also home to the first of two planned 18-hole golf courses designed by Arnold Palmer, as well as a golf practice facility with a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas.

To tour the models, take Sahara Avenue west, past Town Center Drive, and follow the signs. Or take Interstate 215 to Sahara and travel west. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
