Shadow Hills approaches buildout
Perma-Bilt Homes has entered the final phase of sales and is selling its model homes in the Shadow Hills community in northwest Las Vegas, according to company executive Ruth Ochoa. "This is a great opportunity to purchase a beautiful home with mature, upgraded landscaping as well as many upgraded features throughout, including custom built-ins and stone accents," Ochoa said. Models are for sale at the Timberline and Grandview neighborhoods. Timberline features homes with as many as seven bedrooms and numerous options. Grandview features single-story homes on larger lots. Both neighborhoods are gated. The models are available furnished or unfurnshed. Information is available at the Grandview sales office, which is also handling sales for Timberline. Shadow Hills features a 51,000-square-foot clubhouse for use by community residents. The club features a swimming pool, lap pool, spa, barbecue area, putting green, half basketball court, exercise facilities, saunas, a kitchen, party room and big-screen television. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and go west. In the southwest part of town, Perma-Bilt is developing Southern Terrace, a community off of Russell Road. It features four neighborhoods -- Autumn Hills, Somerset, Ridgemont and Monterey. Fifteen model homes are priced from the $150,000s to the low $300,000s. Southern Terrace will also include a clubhouse with two pools, a playground, barbecue area, health club, saunas, locker rooms, massage facilities, and a full-time activities director. Construction is expected to be complete by January. To visit Southern Terrace, take Interstate 215 west from Interstate 15, and exit at Russell Road. Take Russell to Fort Apache Road and follow the signs. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
