Rosemont offers Summerlin locale



Toll Bros. is showcasing Rosemont to buyers in the Summerlin master-planned community.

The gated neighborhood offers four floor plans, ranging from 2,651 to 3,608 square feet.

Also available is the 3,420-square-foot Avignon. Priced from $344,975, the two-story home features a front courtyard, a storage area, laundry room, loft and balcony. Options include a guest suite, bonus room and courtyard fireplace.

With 3,600 square feet, the Montebello floor plan includes a covered entry enveloped by a courtyard, a laundry room, pantry, a garden room or optional fifth bedroom, and an owner suite with retreat. The design is priced from $351,975.

The neighborhood is located within The Gardens village, which features a private K-8 school and a 20-acre park with a community center and basketball, tennis and roller hockey courts.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Garden Park Drive, which is south of Desert Inn Road, and turn left, following the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
