Anthem Country Club releases sites

Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club will release home sites in its Auburn neighborhood this Saturday.

The neighborhood's 49 home sites will showcase homes from the Romantic Collection, which offers five plans ranging from 2,725 to 5,095 square feet.

"The Romantic Collection has such a diverse selection of home plans, each distinctive, in its own right," sales and marketing executive Steve O'Connor said. "Many of these plans have basement, casita, and second-story options, not to mention choice of exterior elevations and colors. The possibilities are practically endless."

The country club, part of Del Webb's Anthem master-planned community in Henderson, features a 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course designed by PGA golfer Hale Irwin and architect Keith Foster, where equity and executive (nonresident) golf memberships are available.

It also offers an athletic club and salon, which has exercise equipment, a full-service salon and spa, tennis courts, resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, child-care facility, aerobics classes and personal trainers.

Twenty floor plans are offered, ranging from 1,275 to 5,800 square feet.

Prices start from the $190,000s to more than $1 million.

Custom-home sites with views of the city, mountains or golf course are also available. Each custom-home neighborhood has a private gated entrance within the guard-gated community.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and proceed about three miles south of St. Rose Parkway. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
