Realtors pledge support

-- The Nevada Association of Realtors has pledged to contribute $5,000 to the National Association of Realtors Housing Relief Fund, established to assist persons affected by recent events in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. The national association made an initial contribution of $1 million.

-- The Del Webb Group of Pulte Homes promoted Jack Bassett to general superintendent of Del Webb's Nevada Communities. Bassett, who joined the company in 1998, oversees land development for Anthem Country Club and Sun City Anthem.

-- The 23,000-square-foot clubhouse at The Revere at Anthem Golf Club opens Monday with a pro shop, restaurant, sports bar, banquet rooms and underground golf cart storage.

-- Paragon Pools, an in-ground custom pool construction company, has opened at 7465 W. Lake Mead Blvd., Suite 100. Joe Vassallo is president of the company. Previously, he was associated with Paddock Pools and Tango Pools.

-- CB Richard Ellis represented CB Richard Ellis Corporate Partners of Los Angeles in its sale of a 44,216-square-foot medical office building at 650 N. Nellis Blvd. to Overland Development Co. of San Jose, Calif., represented by Dan Gluhaich of Century 21 Contempo Realty of Morgan Hill, Calif., for $9.7 million. Las Vegas' Christina Roush, Charles Moore and Geoff West were among the agents representing the seller. In another transaction, Bill Dunbar and Jeanene McClenahan represented Kirkorian Enterprises in the five-year lease of 872 square feet at 7531 W. Lake Mead Blvd. to Box Brothers of Nevada for $138,000.

-- Lee and Associates' G. Rodney Harbaugh represented both parties in Premier Property's 13-month lease of 15,440 square feet at 4460 Arville St., Suites 1 and 2, to SDDS for $101,296.

-- Colliers International's Melissa Salas represented DBSI Investors in its sale of 138 units at 7400 Pirates Cove Road to Canyon View Summerlin for $7.9 million. In another transaction, Dan Doherty, Jennifer English and Brian Pankratz represented Harsch Investment Properties in its five-year lease of 15,000 square feet at 900 Warm Springs Road, in Henderson, for $434,676. Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Jayne Cayton represented Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in its 35-month lease of 5,918 square feet at 777 N. Rainbow Blvd. to Sterling Capital Mortgage for $414,555.
