Amenities appeal to Turnberry Place buyers

Italian marble spa baths, granite-topped cabinetry and views of the valley are a few amenities attracting people to the Turnberry Place high-rise development, according to developer Turnberry Associates.

The 15-acre development features four 40-story towers and 10 floor plans that range from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Priced from $500,000 to $5.25 million, the condos include appliances and wrap-around balconies.

The first tower is complete, and sales are under way for the second and third towers.

"Turnberry Place has attracted more than 375 families who have been looking for convenience, state-of-the-art security and a resort lifestyle all in one location," John Riordan, vice president of sales, said.

Its private club is slated to open in October. Plans for the 80,000-square-foot Stirling Club include casual and formal dining, a piano bar lounge, nightclub, billiards room, a wine and cigar room, business center, and library.

A 30,000-square-foot spa will feature a virtual reality system, beauty salon, spas, saunas, steam baths, a Pilates studio, several pools, an outdoor pool bar and fitness center. Valet, concierge and limousine service, and security are also provided.

Visitors can tour a 2,825-square-foot model residence that simulates the view from the 27th floor of the first and second towers at the community's sales pavilion, located at 2777 Paradise Road, north of Desert Inn Road. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
