Vistana's amenities appealing

Vistana offers its residents varying recreational amenities, according to sales agent Maxine Astengo. The Rhodes Homes condominium complex in the southwestern valley features a two-story fitness center, spa, pool room, palm trees and three swimming pools.

The gated complex is in its final phase of construction, and offers nine floor plans.

Three designs feature one bedroom and one bath and range from 670 to 796 square feet. Five two-bedroom, two-bath plans measure from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The Venice plan offers three bedrooms and two baths and measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices start from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and exit south. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
