-- SR Construction broke ground on phase two and phase three of the 336,745-square-foot Interstate Bakery Corp., located at 5011 Conestoga Way in Henderson. The first phase was completed Aug. 1. The developer is International Brands Corp. Construction costs for the two new phases are estimated at $3.6 million.

-- Tyler Anderson and Sean Cunningham of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office, along with Jeff Swinger and Spencer Ballif of CB Richard Ellis' Las Vegas office, represented SNK Development of San Francisco in its sale of Allegro of La Entrada, a 262-unit apartment complex located at 951 Las Palmas Entrada Ave. in Henderson to Aqua Investors of Ketcham, Idaho, for $19.5 million. In another transaction, Bob Young, Glenn Smigiel, Rick Abraham and Steven Brabant of CB Richard Ellis' Phoenix office, along with Christina Roush, Charles Moore and Geoff West of the company's Las Vegas office, represented CB Richard Ellis of Los Angeles in its sale of four medical buildings totaling 164,685 square feet. Two buildings are located at 2300 and 2316 W. Charleston Blvd., and measure 57,275 square feet, while another building at 888 S. Rancho Drive measures 49,014 square feet. The fourth building measures 58,396 square feet and is located at 4475 Eastern Ave. Windrose Medical Properties Trust of Indianapolis purchased the buildings for $38.6 million. In another transaction, Al Barbagallo represented Robert Darrall in the sale of a 5,320-square-foot building at 6040 W. Sahara Ave. to Prosper Mintz for $935,000. Donna Alderson and Jeremy Green represented EJM Development Co. in its three-year lease of 13,200 square feet at 4375 S. Valley View Blvd. to Amcom Food for $222,500.

-- Charles W. Witters of Lee & Associates represented V12 Ventures in its 72-month lease of 1,938 square feet at 8475 S. Eastern Ave. to Lewis M. Etoff, represented by Robyn Yates of Dyson & Dyson, for $250,000. Witters also represented both parties in Longford Plaza's 36-month lease of 5,633 square feet at 3127 E. Warm Springs Road, Suite 400, to Champion Home Buildings-Western Region for $343,894.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore and Art Farmanali represented EMD Investments in its five-year lease of a 6,000-square-foot office/warehouse building at 4005 W. Dewey Drive to Master Services Corp. for $264,583. Farmanali also represented Suncrest Commerce Center in the five-year lease of 16,800 square feet at 1051 Mary Crest Road in Henderson to Ballpark for $481,455. Bill Walsh represented Mr. Appliance in its 65-month lease of 6,755 square feet at 975 American Pacific Drive in Henderson from Millennium Properties for $226,188. In another transaction, Xavier Wasiak and Kim Friedman represented the Ruth C. Stapleton Family Trust in its three-year lease of 9,000 square feet at 1421 Commerce St. to Challenge Electric for $135,381.

-- Cameron Wilson of Millennium Commercial Real Estate represented Nevada Garage Cabinets in its 36-month lease of 4,240 square feet at 5225 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 16, from the Gelobter Family Trust, represented by Trevor Printz of Albright, Callister and Associates, for $77,616.

-- Stuart Davidson of Grubb & Ellis represented Desert Nails in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at the northeast corner of Hualapai Way and Tropicana Avenue from Centra Properties, represented by Kelly Peercy, for $166,615.
