Three sites remain at Seven Hills

Three custom-home sites are available for sale during the final phase at the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to sales manager Beth Naef. All three are located along a golf course and offer a variety of views.

"Anyone seeking the best possible location for their dream custom home should visit the Seven Hills Sales and Information Pavilion as soon as possible," Naef said. "Our last three home sites are among the finest in the entire Seven Hills community."

Custom lots within the community are priced from the $400,000s to $1 million, and most are located in guard-gated neighborhoods. More than 200 custom sites have been sold.

Amenities within the neighborhoods include landscaped areas, a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

About one-third of the community's acreage is devoted to open areas, which includes four city parks and several neighborhood parks.

To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
