Homes available at Anthem Country Club

A selection of inventory homes remains available at Del Webb's Anthem Country Club in Henderson, which is near closeout.

"We have many homes ready for immediate occupancy," senior sales manager Jeb Khoury said. "We anticipated the need for completed homes in the fall, and have 17 homes ready for move-in within 20 to 60 days."

Prices range from the $400,000s to more than $1 million. Homes measure from 2,176 to more than 5,000 square feet.

"One of the primary advantages of purchasing an inventory home is that a team of professional designers have preselected upgrades with the individual house in mind," Khoury said. "There are significant financial incentives if the buyer uses Del Webb Mortgage as the lender."

A number of custom-home sites also remain.

Amenities include an athletic club with three swimming pools, cardiovascular equipment, aerobics, basketball, volleyball and tennis facilities, and a full-service salon. A clubhouse offers fine dining, a pro shop, locker rooms, lounges, meeting rooms and offices.

The guard-gated community, part of Del Webb's 5,000-acre Anthem community, is open to all ages. Security also patrols the neighborhoods.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
