Bella Vista home nears completion

Concordia Homes' Bella Vista neighborhood is approaching closeout.

"The community has sold out faster than anticipated and we are down to our last remaining home site," sales agent Dawn Riddle said.

"Our Plan Three Florentine home, which measures approximately 4,590 square feet, is available with an end of year move-in date. The home, priced in the low $600,000s, comes with casita and spectacular city views," she said.

As an incentive, the builder is offering $30,000 in options at its design center on items such as flooring, counter tops and cabinets.

The Florentine model has five bedrooms, four baths, a bonus room, three-car garage and casita.

It is wired for home theater, whole-house audio and video, voice and data distribution, satellite TV, security, home networking, intercom, surveillance, Internet, and HVAC automation.

The home is Energy Star certified and at least 30 percent more efficient than standard homes. Features include low-emissivity windows, high-performance heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed air ducts.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, proceed about two miles south and turn right on Green Valley Parkway. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Wednesday, when it opens at noon.

Concordia has built homes for 25 years.

Other active neighborhoods include Russell Ranch, which has models priced from the $170,000s and open for viewing at the Classic Collection at Coronado Center Drive and Eastern Avenue in Henderson. Lone Mountain Vistas features three floor plans that are priced from the $170,000s and measure from 1,626 to 2,741 square feet. Arbor Glen homes range from 1,498 to 1,994 square feet and are priced from the $140,000s. It is located in the northwestern valley.
