Centex debuts latest projects

Centex Homes embarks on its latest ventures in North Las Vegas at Pearl Pointe and Pearl Cove.

Pearl Cove features five one- and two-story models measuring from 1,285 to 1,986 square feet.

Homes are priced from the $130,000s.

Buyers have the opportunity to add a loft for a game room and an island in the kitchen.

By using the builder's preferred lender, qualified buyers may receive $1,500 off closing costs and a complimentary refrigerator, washer and dryer.

Its sister property, Pearl Pointe, offers three two-story floor plans that range from 1,220 to 1,605 square feet. The homes are priced from the $120,000s at the gated neighborhood.

Two presale incentives are being offered at the neighborhood through the builder's preferred lender. Qualified buyers may either have all closing costs waived and receive a refrigerator, washer and dryer, or participate in the Department of Veterans' Affairs' $1 down program and receive a free refrigerator, washer and dryer.

To visit the neighborhoods, take Craig Road to Commerce Street, go north past Ann Road, and turn left on Centennial Parkway.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
