Nonprofit hosts buyers' seminar

Partners in Charity will host a free home-buyer seminar from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3 in the Rainbow Library at 3150 N. Buffalo Drive.

Participants do not have to be first-time home buyers, nor do they have to meet certain income requirements.
