Richmond American Homes' success in Southern Nevada can be credited in part to customer referrals from its home buyers, according to Liesel Williams, regional president. Many buyers, she said, recommend the builder to their friends, while many others have moved up from their first Richmond home to their second or third. "It's very gratifying to see the large number of referrals from both family and friends we find when reviewing our buyer profile reports," Williams said. "I think it shows a great deal of satisfaction and dedication for our homeowners to refer us to the people that are most important to them." The builder has constructed more than 75,000 homes nationwide, and is developing more than 20 neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley. A range of styles and floor plans are available, and are priced from the $90,000s to more than $300,000. Williams pointed out that the builder will open three additional neighborhoods in October. La Siena, located in the southeastern valley, will open Oct. 18 with three single- and two-story floor plans measuring from 555 to 1,308 square feet. Prices start from the low $100,000s. Also on Oct. 18, Richmond will open Belcrest in the southwestern valley. Four two-story floor plans measure from 1,191 to 1,722 square feet with as many as four bedrooms. Prices start from the $170,000s. Civano opens Oct. 25 in the southwest area. Buyers can choose from six single- and two-story designs ranging from 1,628 to 3,000 square feet. Residences are priced from the mid-$200,000s. The builder is also selling the models at Madera, a North Las Vegas neighborhood.
