Bella Vita offers homes in developed area

Bella Vita's location in a developed area of the southwestern valley has been drawing workers and students, according to sales agent Brent Simmons. The condominium complex offers five floor plans.

The one-bedroom, one-bath Cielo measures 720 square feet and comes with a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the low $100,000s.

Two designs offer two bedrooms. The Sera plan comes with one bath and measures 816 square feet; it starts in the high $120,000s. The 978-square-foot Luna, priced from the $150,000s, has two baths.

Two floor plans are available with three bedrooms. The Solé model features two baths and measures 1,198 square feet. It is priced from the mid-$170,000s. The three-bath Terra with 1,444 square feet is priced in the high $180,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road, go west to Decatur Boulevard, and follow the signs. The sales office at 5070 River Glen Drive, Unit 93, is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
