Pageantry condos feature resort-style amenities
The Pageantry Cos. features properties in various parts of Las Vegas offering homes with numerous amenities and priced from less than $200,000, according to DeeAnn Alper-Collins, sales and marketing director for the builder. Black Hawk and Granite Crest are sister projects offering condominiums in gated complexes. "The type of communities we offer at Black Hawk and Granite Crest has been well-received by home buyers who are looking for the option to live in what we call mini-master-planned settings," Alper-Collins said. "What appeals most to residents of this type of community is the ability to enjoy a pool, spa and barbecue areas without having to worry about outdoor upkeep of landscaping or a pool." Common areas include a pool and spa at both sites, plus a playground, barbecue areas and a 2-acre park at Black Hawk. Both feature three floor plans ranging from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet, starting from the $160,000s. The two-story homes at both include two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and a one- or two-car garage. Presales have begun for Granite Crest. All of the homes come with miniblinds, vertical blinds, and a deck or patio. To visit Black Hawk, take the northern portion of Interstate 215 to Losee Road, go south to Centennial Parkway, head east, past Pecos Road, and look for the signs. Granite Crest is just east of Sahara Avenue and Nellis Boulevard. The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
