Avante to offer Pecos Park homes for autumn move-in schedule

Four models are open at Pecos Park, Avante Homes' newest neighborhood, where homes are available on a relatively quick time frame.

Located in North Las Vegas, the neighborhood offers homes starting from the $200,000s, plus a 2 1/2-acre park.

Sales agent Amanda Zoocole said the builder has stepped up the construction schedule to meet anticipated demand.

"As a result, we can currently offer our buyers the unique advantage of being able to move into their new homes within as little as 30 to 60 days, if they desire," she said. "For many buyers, having such a timely delivery, especially in time for the holidays, will be a great convenience."

Floor plans ranging from 1,204 to 1,952 square feet come with as many as four bedrooms, or three bedrooms and a loft.

Sales activity at the neighborhood has surpassed company expectations since the day it opened for presales, Zoocole said.

"We were very busy during presales, working with buyers who purchased their homes based solely on what they saw in the plans," she said. "Now, prospective buyers are walking through our beautiful models and seeing first-hand the superior level of quality Avante Homes is offering for such a competitive price. From the innovative and livable design of each plan to the long list of included features, these homes offer so much more of what today's families are looking for."

Amenities in the homes include granite counter tops in a choice of colors, platinum-finish plumbing fixtures and raised-panel doors. Additionally, all of the homes meet the criteria for the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program, verifying that they use at least 30 percent less energy for heating and cooling.

The neighborhood is located in the northwest corner of North Las Vegas, just south of Interstate 215. To visit, take Interstate 15 north, past Craig Road, to Interstate 215 and go west to Losee Road. Head south on Losee to Centennial Parkway, go east to Pecos Road, then head south to Azure Drive and follow the signs. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
