Boca Raton amenities draw buyer

Boca Raton Condominiums will provide its residents with numerous amenities, according to Ellen Ford, sales manager for the property being built at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue. She said there will be 24-hour concierge service, a Strip and airport shuttle, and several pet stations.

Also planned are a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas, and trails.

Ford even purchased a unit for herself.

"After spending each day seeing the progress being made within the community, and witnessing the construction that is well on its way, I just had to purchase a condominium for myself," she said.

"My favorite features are those that offer convenience like the pet comfort stations located throughout the community. I have animals, and the comfort stations make life much easier, giving you one less thing to think about before leaving your home."

The development is planned to comprise four seven-story buildings and 756 units. Floor plans range from 593 to 2,400 square feet with one to three bedrooms.

"Each plan offers unique benefits to the buyer, and it is my job to help the buyer find the perfect home that works for them," Ford said. "When I say that Boca Raton condominiums are the best bet in Las Vegas real estate, I truly believe it."

Prices start from the $300,000s.

The 172-unit first phase is scheduled for completion in summer/fall 2006.

The sales office at 2475 W. Serene Ave. is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
