Richmond to unveil Calavera
Richmond American Homes will host a grand opening celebration today for its Calavera neighborhood in The Paseos village in Summerlin. Four models will debut and refreshments will be served. The festivities are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. The designs, from the builder's Garden Court Collection, feature rear garages. A limited number of homes are available with for quick move-in. Daisy is a single-story design measuring 1,316 square feet. It offers three bedrooms, two baths, a living room and dining area. The island kitchen features a built-in desk. A patio is optional in the design priced from the $360,000s. The 1,521-square-foot Primrose plan is priced from the $380,000s. It has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room with a media niche, and kitchen with an island and breakfast bar. A master suite retreat is optional. Priced from the $400,000s, the three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath Zinnia features a great room with an optional fireplace and dining room. The kitchen has a breakfast nook. Additionally, the 1,738-square-foot home has a covered patio and covered side porch. The Dahlia is priced from the $430,000s and has four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Measuring 1,912 square feet, the plan also features living and dining rooms, and a kitchen with a pantry and nook. A patio and master suite retreat are optional. The master bath in each plan is highlighted by a walk-in closet, dual cultured marble vanities, and enclosed toilet. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard, head west to Desert Foothills Drive and go north. Turn west on Desert Sunrise Road and then south on Paseo Flower Court.
