Bella Vita living can replace rent

Bella Vita, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, offer homes for what many people are paying in rent, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"The Cielo home is perfectly priced. Qualified home buyers can purchase a Bella Vita home with as little as 1 percent down and less than $750 per month," he said.

The one-bedroom, one-bath design measures 720 square feet and has a patio and dining nook. It is priced from the low $100,000s.

"Best of all, the homes come with a wide selection of features that are considered upgrades anywhere else ... especially the large amounts of upscale granite counter tops and surrounds," Simmons said.

Four additional designs are available.

Two plans offer two bedrooms. The Sera has one bath, measures 816 square feet and starts in the high $120,000s. The Luna has two baths, measures 978 square feet and starts in the mid-$150,000s.

Three bedrooms are featured in the Solé, which has two baths, measures 1,198 square feet and is priced from the mid-$170,000s; and the Terra, which has three baths, measures 1,444 square feet and is priced in the high $180,000s.

Additional amenities include raised-panel maple cabinetry and vertical blinds.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at 5070 River Glen Drive, Unit 93. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road and go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
