Blue Jay plan favored at Alondra
The Blue Jay has emerged as the most popular floor plan at Alondra, a condominium complex in northwest Las Vegas, according to Tawnya Rosenthal, director of marketing and advertising at the development. "With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Blue Jay model fits the needs of many family lifestyles," Rosenthal said. "Priced from the $130,000s, it is also often within the space of the family-style budget." The 1,121-square-foot floor plan is one of three available. The Songbird model features one bedroom and one bath in 720 square feet. It is priced from the high $90,000s. At 1,253 square feet, the Sparrow comes with three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $150,000s. Each home includes prewiring for phones and cable TV; raised-panel doors; appliances; cherry-stained, raised-panel maple cabinetry, and granite counter tops and surrounds in kitchens and baths. A pool, a clubhouse and exercise facility within the common area are under way. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow Boulevard, head north to Smoke Ranch Road and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
