Pardee to release new phase of home sites at Mandevilla

Pardee Homes will release a new phase of homes this weekend at its Mandevilla neighborhood in the Eldorado Highlands community in North Las Vegas, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell.

"Mandevilla is the perfect place for families who want to customize their homes to fit their individual lifestyles," Tuvell said.

Four designs offer as many as eight bedrooms, six baths and four-car garages.

All homes merit the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label, certifying they exceed national energy-efficiency standards by at least 30 percent, he said. Energy-saving features include low-e windows, high-performance heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed ducts.

Plan One is a single-story home measuring 2,512 square feet with three bedrooms, a den or optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths and a three-car garage. The kitchen features a preparation island and optional additional base cabinets. Priced from $422,950, the home also has a courtyard entry.

Plan Two is a single-story design measuring 3,028 square feet. It offers four bedrooms, three baths, a den and two-car garage with a shop in its standard configuration. It can be reconfigured to accommodate as many as five bedrooms, or three bedrooms and an optional guest suite and three-car garage. The home is priced from $448,950.

Eight floor plan configurations ranging from 2,925 to 3,725 are available in the two-story Plan Three design. The standard design features five bedrooms, three baths, a bonus room and three-car garage. Options include a bonus room, game room, tech center, sixth bedroom, fourth bath, den, master suite balcony and four-car garage. It is priced from $438,950.

The two-story Plan Four offers four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, library, and bonus room in designs ranging from 3,083 to 3,899 square feet. A three-car garage is standard in the home priced from $490,450. Options include as many as eight bedrooms, six baths, a bonus room, tech center, balcony, game room and four-car garage.

Mandevilla is one of three neighborhoods in the community.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.

Pardee has built nearly 30,000 homes in Southern Nevada since 1952.
