Anthem Highlands provides varied plans



Anthem Highlands, Pulte Homes' Scottish-themed community at the Anthem master plan in Henderson, offers five collections of homes including the Stonehaven Collection.

The gated neighborhood features five versatile designs ranging from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet. They are priced from the high $600,000s.

"The Stonehaven Collection provides the ultimate in included features," Lindsay Motley, general sales manager for the builder, said. "With unique architecture, included artificial turf in the front yard and the Chef (Gustav) Mauler gourmet kitchen package, the Stonehaven Collection offers a great value."

Mauler worked with the builder to design the upgraded kitchen package that features stainless steel appliances.

Homes in the additional collections measure 1,580 to 2,804 square feet and are priced from the high $300,000s.

Amenities within the master plan include tree-lined streets, landscaped areas and an 18-acre park with soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, a playground, water features, and a dog park.

All homes within the the community exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and incorporate the Environments for Living technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction around interior living spaces.

Upon completion, the 400-acre community will have about 1,500 homes.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The builder offers 23 new-home subdivisions throughout the valley.

Based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., the builder operates in more than 40 markets nationwide. It also operates a mortgage division.
