The Christopher Collection agent reports price increase
The Christopher Collection will experience price increases in early October, according to sales agent Terri Pickering. The neighborhood is located within the Southern Highlands golf course community in the southwestern valley. "Anyone familiar with luxurious neighborhoods built by Christopher Homes will know that getting in on the ground floor can be very advantageous," Pickering said. "At The Christopher Collection, our model homes are now under construction and we are still in the earliest phase of sales ... Our prices will never be lower and our selection of prime home sites will never be better than right now." The neighborhood will comprise 98 homes along the fairways of the golf club, where home buyers will receive a free social membership. Sixteen designs, all with customizing options, are available and priced from $433,900 to $669,900. The floor plans measure from 3,000 to 6,200 square feet, and include five single-story plans; three two-story residences with main-level owner suites; and eight two-story plans with upstairs owner suites. The homes are being built on one-quarter acre to one-half acre sites and offer views of the fairways, city or mountains. "Christopher Homes includes in the base price of each home in The Christopher Collection a $25,000 allowance, which buyers can use for a wide variety of structural variations," Pickering said. Neighborhood amenities include a guard-gated entrance, security guards, concierge services, parks and recreational facilities. Plans for the Village Center at Southern Highlands include medical and day-care facilities plus public and private schools. The 18-hole championship golf course is highlighted by 18 acres of streams, lakes and waterfalls. A 42,000-square-foot clubhouse features locker rooms, a golf shop, caddie service, shoe shine and valet service, formal dining room, terrace dining, wine room, six fireplaces, and a library. Plans for a 7,000-square-foot sports complex include a fitness center, personal trainer, massage therapist, tennis courts, a swimming pool, steam rooms and a spa. To visit, take Interstate 15 to St. Rose Parkway, turn west and follow the signs. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday and by appointment only on Monday and Tuesday.
