Rhodes Homes is selling its seven model homes at The Champions, a neighborhood within the Rhodes Ranch community in the southwestern valley. The homes are furnished, landscaped and ready for move-ins.

Three homes are two-story designs and align the community's golf course. These homes include infinity-edge pools.

All of the homes, including the four single-story designs off the golf course, feature backyard barbecue areas, granite kitchen counter tops and upgraded plumbing fixtures.

Prices start from the $200,000s and range from 2,055 to 4,210 square feet.

The guard-gated community is landscaped with a waterfall and palm trees.

To visit the neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south, past Warm Springs Road, and follow the signs.

Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
