The Greens, a neighborhood by Pulte Homes at Stallion Mountain Country Club, presents golf course living in the southeastern valley. "Residents at Stallion Mountain feel this community is the best kept secret in Las Vegas," Tom Callahan, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder, said. "With Stallion Mountain, home buyers are purchasing a quality-built, energy-efficient home as well as luxury golf course living at a price point unparalleled to any metropolitan city." Homes at the guard-gated neighborhood come in four floor plans, which range from 2,300 to 2,881 square feet. Several design options are available, including a casita, game room, great room, covered patio or front porch. Prices start at $211,990. Interior features include 10-foot ceilings, high-tech wiring, custom entry doors, and fireplaces and media niches. Among the kitchen amenities are built-in ovens, cook tops and microwaves; dishwashers; and solid-surface counter tops. Also included in the homes are front-yard landscaping, covered patios, front porches and/or courtyards, and carbon monoxide detectors. The builder incorporates features of its Engineered for Life program in homes at the neighborhood. According to the builder, such homes use 30 percent less energy for heating and cooling compared to a standard home. To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when they open at noon. There are two other neighborhoods at Stallion Mountain Country Club: The Links and The Fairways, both by Pulte Homes. |
